Coal Scam : Another Minister accused

NEW Delhi, April 27: As we all know that Coal Scam took Place between 1999 to 2012. Still, the cases are pending against the suspect are out on bail.

The Investigation is held by Central Bureau Of Investigation CBI. As the investigation is not Complete and is in progress. Every day new things are coming into focus and many Skeletons are tumbling out.

As an example yesterday only CBI framed charges against former CBI director Ranjit Sinha.Today CBI framed charges against Dilip ray who is former Union Coal Minister of Vajpayee government.

CBI framed charges in the case of the alleged irregularities in Brahmadiha coal block in Jharkhand to Castron Technologies Limited in 1999.

The charges framed are cheating, criminal conspiracy and criminal breach of trust against by Minister. along with him, charges against other persons include two other senior officials of the Ministry of Coal (MoC), Pradip Kumar Banerjee, Nitya Nand Gautam, Castron Technologies Ltd (CTL), and CTL director Mahendra Kumar Agarwalla and Castron Mining Ltd (CML).

The CBI said that it start investigating against minister from July 11, 2017, on the orders of special Judge Bharat Parashar.
