Dhanush finally won the case

Chennai April 21: In a courtroom, amidst the huge crowd, hero wins the case against villain! This is a usual scene in many films. But it really happened today at Madras High Court. Actor Dhanush is in complete relief, as he finally won the case against an elderly couple, who claimed Dhanush was their son and even demanded the actor to pay Rs. 65,000 per month as a part of maintenance.

A few hours ago, Madras High Court dismissed the petition filed by the elderly couple Kathiresan and Meenakshi. They claimed that Dhanush was their son and ran from a hostel when he was studying in Class 11. They even submitted Dhanush's 10th standard certificate to prove he was their son through identification marks.



In February, doctors examined Dhanush in the court premises. They didn't find any marks as mentioned by the couple. The panel of doctors clarified that, although it is possible to remove identification marks from the body, the scars remain permanently. Later, when the couple demanded a DNA test, the actor refused to do that. Kathiresan and Meenakshi, even mentioned that filmmaker Kasturi Raja's family accepted Dhanush only because of his cinematic success. Well, the court finally proved all these are false claims and declared that Dhanush is not their son.
