Dil Raju revealed about his Wife death

Hyderabad April 18: If we ask one in the industry about who is the best producer in the Telugu industry then they quickly say only one name that is Dil Raju.

He is well known for making films with family values and clean stories. Dil Raju made films that resemble his ideology and never ever made any compromise when he had to deliver a good message to society. Like his movies, he is also known for being a complete family man devoted to his wife and children. Recently, he had to overcome the biggest tragedy of his life, his life partner late Anita Reddy's death.

Dil Raju explained about his wife and who he is overcoming through it, "I was in America as the news broke and my son-in-law called me to deliver the news. I was in stunned silence for next ten minutes and I could not understand anything around me. I needed to grab on to something that can hold me, support me. Harish Shankar called me and said my daughter is not in a position to talk and the family needs me immediately. I got on the next plane available but I was completely shattered to pieces. All the memories of good and bad times I spent with my wife are flashing in front of my eyes." said Dil Raju



He continued matter that "As planes do not allow for phone calls, I was in touch with my family through WhatsApp. Knowing me and my condition, very well, my daughter recuperated herself and I don't know how could she find that strength but she tried to be my support. Nearing my home in the car I broke down and it is my daughter to took me to my wife's dead body. I faced many tough times in life but this one is too tough to handle. Whenever I see her chair empty on the dining table, it hits me again. She never used to wake up in the middle of the night for my send off whenever I traveled late in the night. But the day before she died, she woke up and sent me off. That's the last time she spoke to me and in the morning she cooked some pav bhaji for me, that's the last meal she ever made for me. I need to come out of this, I know but it is not easy at all."

Dil Raju's latest movie 'Sathamanam Bhavati' has grabbed the national award, recently Allu Arvind has given a party for the whole team for the getting national award.
