High alert on three major airports

Hyderabad April 16: Terrorist always tries to create some destruction in the major city. Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai Airports have been kept on high alert after Airport Security Agencies received information about the possibility of a hijack.

Mumbai Police received an email from a Woman, from Hyderabad, who is yet to be identified informing that as many as 23 Members were planning to hijack flights departing from Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai Airports. Subsequently, All the three airports have been kept on high alert and necessary preventive measures have been taken by Civil Aviation Ministry.

In the email, The Woman mentioned that she has overheard six boys discussing the hijack of flights in these three airports. Intelligence Agencies have been informed about the email. Sniffer Dogs and Quick Reaction Teams have been carrying out drills at the airports.
