Ram gopal Varma v/s Vangaveeti

Hyderabad April 13: It is already known that Vangaveeti Radha had filed a petition against Ram Gopal Varma in Vijayawada court and also investigation was going on.

Filming a movie on Vangaveeti defamed their dignity in the society, so Radha turned to court. She also mentioned in the complaint, "without any concern and objections from us, the movie had been released".

She alleged that Ranga has been featured as Rowdy in the movie. Ram Gopal Varma have missed his word, which he had promised before picturizing the movie.

Previously, Varma has directed the movies making Vijayawada as background and those movies had a good collection at the box office.

Last year, the director had started 'Vangaveeti' and also announced that there will not be any controversy regarding the movie.



The movie has been completed till November and was released on December 22nd, 2016. The director planned the audio function in Bejawada in order to create hype in the audience.

"Projecting Ranga as Rowdy and Nehru as the hero will be never accepted," said Radha prior the movie release.

Varma made a talk with Radha and Nehru regarding the movie but refused to make changes in the movie.

After the movie release, Radha had complained Vijayawada commissioner and DGP regarding her objections in the movie.

And now after five months, Radha seeking for the Justice had appeared in the Court and filed a petition against the director, which became a hot topic in Vijayawada.

Previously, Radha had made many controversies on behalf of the movie. The Police officials had filed Section 190, 200 Criminal Procedure Act cases on Varma.

The court has given a stay on the petition filed over Varma.
