Fine for not having High security plate number

Hyderabad, April 13: Govt has been introduced the High-security Number plate in the year of 2013, but people were not interested in putting the high security number plate.people who have not had the High-Security plate number they will be fine from now onwards.

The RTA has decided to fine the 1000 rupees for not having the High-security plate number.

Moreover, the department, The Road Transport Authority (RTA) is set to come up with a new rule wherein Registration Certificate (RC) would not be issued to new vehicles unless high-security number plate is fixed to the vehicle.



Sources said the Minister suggested that the RC be issued only after fixing of the number plate and it was then decided to amend the rules. sources said that the new rule will first be enforced at Khairatabad RTA and soon it will be implemented throughout the State.
