HMDA & Gram Panchayat conflict

Hyderabad, April 11: From now onwards If the issue or conflicts have been raised on the premises of HMDA and Grama Panchayat will now clarify the Govt only.
From the past days, Gramapanchayat has been getting less profit in their layouts.because the HMDA will bag the entire profit with the layouts.
from this point of view several verdicts have been postponed, at last, they clarified that they have to clear the issue with Govt only.
If the conflict has been raised, You have to meet the Municipal officer and give a letter to the Municipal officer within 2 weeks of time.then the officer will observe the all the criteria and send the acknowledgment within 2 months.
The decision has been issued in the presence of justice Ranganathan here on Monday.
