Financial Court summons through WhatsApp Messenger

Chandigarh, April 9: Recently, The social networking messenger Whatsapp was getting famous because, already we have seen that, In case Triple talaq messages sent through Whatsapp and Suspension orders of employees also sending through WhatsApp.

Now, A court also used WhatsApp messenger to send the summons to some persons.

A senior IAS officer Ashok Khemka has ordered to send summons through Whatsapp from financial commissioner (FC) court to a person in Haryana.

While coming to details, There are three brothers Satbeer Singh, Ramdiyal and Krishan kumar were residents of an Aurang Shahpur village in Hisar District of Haryana.They have quarreled each other in the partition of their family property.The issue was hired in the financial court.



Then, the sendFinancial court sent the summons to the brothers, but the Krishan Kumar has left the village and went to Katmandu.The court has contacted him to take summons, but he refused.

Then An IAS officer Ashok Khemka decided to give the summons through Whatsapp messenger.

As per the judicial conditions 9(2),9(3),10, the summoning process in electronic form is relevant only through e-mail or fax.
