Telugu hero Buys Kingfisher Villa

Hyderabad April 08: At finally the Kingfisher Villa was sold, and the former owner of the villa is Vijay Mallya, we all know about him, There is no need of intro for this man. And this will was owned by actor-cum-businessman Sachiin Joshi.

Earlier The State Bank of India-led group of lenders was failed to sell the villa and tried to auction the property and they made three attempts for the auction but the three attempts were failed. The Three previous attempts to auction off the property at the rate of Rs 85.29 Cr, then for the second time it has became Rs 81 Cr and finally, it has reached Rs 73 crore previously but failed to sell.



The last auction was held on Thursday but reportedly said that Sachiin has paid slightly more than the previous reserve rate of Rs 73 Crore. Finally, SBI chairman Arundhati Bhattacharya has confirmed the sale of the Kingfisher Villa.

After several attempts failed, at finally Sachiin Joshi bought the Kingfisher Villa.
