If it's hot in April, what will it be like in May or June? That has been the near inevitable conversation starter in large parts of India over the past few weeks.

As temperatures crossed the 40-degree, people were facing a lot of problems. So in order to protect your body in the summer session, you need to drink water as much as possible throughout the day.

Here are some precautions how to drink water in summer?

* People unaware of how to drink the water, without any knowledge they are drinking the water more.this is not the correct way

* Maintain the gap at least 20 minutes while you're drinking the water, and make sure drink only 100 millilitres.

# Don't forget sunscreen:

Due to the heavy heat, our skin slowly vanishes the softness, so in order to prevent the hardness on the skin, you have to use the sunscreen lotions.

# Eat Fruits:

Eat as many as fruits which contain heavy water like water Melons, grapes etc.

# Wear cotton dresses:

In this summer wear cotton dresses, in order to face the heat, never wear thin dresses it may damage your skin as well as body due to the heavy heat.

# Must follow the plan:

In the summer make sure you have to complete the exercises on or before 10 am , or you have to do exercise after 6 pm in the evening.
