Salaries of 108 & 104 service employees hiked

Hyderabad, March 29: Here the surprise gift of Ugadi festival to the employees of 108 and 104 emergency medical services.

The Telangana State government has announced that Rs.4,000 hike in salaries for 1,578 employees of 104 and 108 services on Tuesday.

The hike in salaries will be with retrospective effect from April 2016, which means the 104 and 108 employees will also receive arrears.

In a statement, Health Minister, Dr. C Laxma Reddy said they already hiked salaries along with arrears have been released and deposited in the individual bank accounts of the employees. Towards payment of arrears, the State government has released Rs. 8.48 crore.
