Daytime sleep importance

Generally, people will fear to sleep in afternoon session, because it may lead to Diabetes etc difficulties. I am trying to bring the awareness regarding the sleep

Sleeping during the day is a good idea.

Napping for less than 20 minutes during the day is "fantastically effective", according to a sleep specialist.

"Keep it less than 20 minutes because that will mean you don't get into that deep sleep from which you really struggle to wake up from," officials said.

"A brief 10-15 minute nap is really restorative.

Uses of the Nap Sleep:

* It will improve your Memory Power, and also improves the short term memory.

* If u sleep in day, you never do mistakes while they are in work, according to the survey in NASA.

* You have to sleep at least 20 minutes or do not exceed 30 min.

One of the senior doctors said that it is "really worrying" that people are only getting on average six and a half hours of sleep at night.

"Six is a bit of a watershed. Less than that we don’t really function properly. "Seven hours would be fine. Eight hours is great but getting eight hours every night is not necessary."

Tips to healthy sleep:

# Go to bed later. "Often people are trying to go to bed too early and their bodies are not ready to go to sleep and their bodies lie there tossing and turning, getting more anxious and that just makes it even worse."

# Get television and phones out of your bedroom as they are a distraction during sleep.
