High court verdict on AgriGold depositors

Hyderabad, March 23: On Wednesday High court has given a clear statement that they will do justices to all depositors and firstly they will keep all the assets of AgriGold for auction and later they will distribute them to depositors.

Chief Minister of AP N Chandrababu Naidu instructed the officials to pay Rs 3 lakh per each person who lost their lives by committing suicide after losing money in the AgriGold scam.



It may be recalled that several depositors, agents committed suicide after the company defaulted to pay their money. The two hours cabinet meeting chaired by N Chandrababu Naidu took the decision to pay the amount to victims as compensation.

He instructed the officials to take action against the management of AgriGold company and directed the officials to arrest some other management members to resolve the case as early as possible.
