Telangana State debts increased

New Delhi, March 22: After the formation of Telangana State, the state debts were hiked up to 71%, which was unveiled by central govt in Rajya Sabha on Tuesday. At the same time, The debts of Andhra Pradesh was raised up to 32%.The National average debt has hiked up to 33%.

The Congress MP KVP Ramachandra Rao has asked the question in the written form, The Question is What are Debts situations of both states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana from since last 3 years?



The union Minister for Finance and Corporate Affairs of India Arjun Ram Meghwal had answered the question of KVP.He said that, "According to the instructions of 13th Finance association, The debts of all states are below the specified limits told by the 14th finance Association"

In that time, Every state has its unique financial issues in case of debts.The state will estimate the debts percentage in GDP, which will depend on incomes and interests.

The 14th Finance association said that, None of the states has facing the problem of debts.There are 3 states are in the top positions, which are having debts Uttar Pradesh(Rs.4.42 lakh crores), Maharashtra(Rs.3.90 lakh crores) and West Bengal (Rs.3.33 lakh crores).
