Nowadays Job is essential to us, most of the people were doing the job with sincerity, in some of the cases the employees were never talked with the colleagues, simply they will do their work.This is not correct in some situations, it may lead to loose ur promotions of the job.

* Never be alone in your office with your work, try to communicate with your colleagues because it may lead work fastly.

* You have to habituated to communicate with your respected colleagues

* Never say about ur colleague information to anybody, restrcit the information in the office premises only.

* Don't take an issue to be seriously whenever conflicts raised by ur colleague, try to avoid the issue, it will lead to lack ur concentration on your job.
